Why would I need a Blackberry ID?

For a few years I contemplated getting a Blackberry phone, but was happy with a Nokia smartphone (the latest being an unlocked 5230) and then more recently, my preference has moved to Android. Not only are you not tied to one phone and able to choose between different manufacturers, it’s also pretty much taken over RIM already as the next best thing after the iPhone.

Anyway, reason for the post…

Congratulations c1195s,

So, due to me not ever having registered for a Blackberry ID due to not owning a Blackberry mobile phone

BlackberryIDBut for some reason, it says it cannot be deleted, why is that? It’s already been deleted? It didn’t exist in the first place?

Whatever the reason, I’ll try deleting/removing it anyway and if not, will just ignore it.
